For example, at the Puyang production base, Synear Foods has continuously improved production processes and equipment, incorporating high-efficiency automation in key areas such as forming, freezing, packaging, boxing, and palletizing. To enhance workflow efficiency, the new factory has been designed with an optimized production pathway, streamlining the entire process—from raw material intake and mixing to forming, freezing, packaging, and storage—creating a fully integrated production cycle.

The tremendous success of the “Good Fortune Persimmon” Tangyuan last year and the market debut of the Longjing Tea Tangyuan this year would not have been possible without continuous advancements in equipment technology. One notable innovation is the automatic dough-skin application machine, specifically developed for efficient tangyuan production.
This automated system precisely cuts and applies the leaf-patterned glutinous rice skin onto each tangyuan with double the efficiency and greater accuracy. The technology eliminates manual labor, reduces production costs, and improves overall manufacturing consistency, ensuring that every tangyuan meets strict quality standards.
