Advanced Freezing Technology
Synear Foods employs state-of-the-art JBT spiral freezing tunnel equipment, utilizing nano-scale ice crystal preservation technology. This advanced process rapidly freezes water content in food into nano-sized ice crystals (0.000001 mm in diameter) without damaging cellular structures. As a result, when reheated, the food retains its natural juices, ensuring maximum nutritional value and authentic taste.

Cold Chain Logistics
We operate a large-scale, fully automated low-temperature storage facility with a capacity of 38,000 tons. The temperature of our cold storage system is precisely controlled at -20°C to maintain product quality.
Our sales, production, and warehousing systems are seamlessly integrated to optimize product turnover and ensure maximum freshness. Additionally, we have implemented the Cold Chain Management Regulations, equipping our transport vehicles with GPS tracking and temperature control systems.
